Convicted felon allegedly walking around Tulsa neighborhood randomly shooting According to police, at around 9:30 PM Tuesday night they received multiple 911 calls about shots fired in the area of Latimer & Gary Ave. Police say when they arrived, an officer saw the man you see in handcuffs throw a gun into some grass.
