Raquel and the Ruiz family are searching for Jaime and Osito, his dog, in the narrow streets of the Santa Cruz section. A blind man who sells lottery tickets for O.N.C.E. (the National Spanish Organization for the Blind) is the first to find Osito and then Jaime.
