Nicole J. joined our team at Community Medical Center in 1995, as an Emergency Room tech, per diem, to gain practical experience as she worked toward her college degree. She earned her degree in nursing and stayed with us, working her way through the ranks in nursing at the hospital. Today she’s Administrative Director of the hospital's Emergency Department.
