Catherine on Instagram: "Matcha Velvet Macarons 💚💚💚 Have you tried this velvet technique yet? It was my first time trying out this technique. It is actually pretty fun. Basically you grind some macaron shells into powder and sprinkle them on top of macaron shells. Rest them as long as you can and bake them as normal. They turn out pretty well.
