Over the weekend Jeff worked on the zero gravity machine. This holds his arm up, but he is doing all the backward and forward movement himself. This helps to strengthen those muscles with no resistance. The fact that he is able to bend his arms and bring them in and out shows he is capable, he has just lost so much muscle mass over the past 4 months.
