Raquel and the Ruiz family are searching for Jaime and Osito, his dog, in the narrow streets of the Santa Cruz section. A blind man who sells lottery tickets for O.N.C.E. (the National Spanish Organization for the Blind) is the first to find Osito and then Jaime. Raquel eventually finds them, brings them back to the cathedral square and, after a bit more confusion, they are reunited with the other family members.
