Also the problem still persists when I take out the new video card and I try to use the built in one. Also this problem happened on a whole different computer and different video card with the same problem.

Just unplug the computer and remove the clock battery for 10 mins. Should at least get your onboard back. As for the card make sure your pci-e slot is set as the primary video output in the bios rather then onboard or auto.

Dec 4, 2007 · Then i relised that my 2 screens were not turning on. I checked the graphic card and it seems to still be running with the fan spinning but not picture output. I have 2 screens both with 2 diffrent connections (VGA and the new white one) that were working fine before i added the new motherboard and cpu.

OEM manufactures are bad about putting low quality PSU's in their PC's so they do not last very long and hardware like GPU's tend to be the first to go from either surges or inadequate power over time.
