JACK Vettriano, famous for his painting The Singing Butler, has died aged 73. The Scottish painter was found dead at his apartment in Nice, in the south of France, on Saturday, his publicist said.
The painting sold to a private buyer at auction in London the day after it was confirmed Vettriano had died aged 73.
