We are in for a celestial treat starting tonight. Stargazers look to the sky for what is being called the planet parade. For more on the big event we turn to FOX 5 meteorologist Jennifer Delgado.

Lineups of four or five planets occur every few years, according to NASA. In late August 2025, four planets will be visible before sunrise, and in late October 2028, five planets will be visible at once before sunrise. Another five-planet alignment will occur in late February 2034, with the planets visible after sunset.

This week, seven planets will align in what is known as a planetary parade. This planetary parade will see Mars, Jupiter, Uranus, Venus, Neptune, Mercury, and Saturn lining up in the evening sky. Four will probably be visible to the naked eye just after sunset.
