Measles cases in the United States have reached their highest number in more than 30 years, according to new federal data published Wednesday.
Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside and San Bernardino counties have reported eight cases so far this year compared to 10 total in 2024.
The United States has reported more cases in 2025 than in any year since 1992. The majority of this year's cases stem from the Texas outbreak.
