Major League Soccer will soon be home to another global icon, as Tottenham Hotspur legend and South Korean superstar Son Heung-min has reached a verbal agreement to join Los Angeles FC, according to multiple reports.

Tottenham Hotspur fans have been rocked by the news that their captain, Son Heung-min, has asked to leave this summer and is keen on a move MLS club Los Angeles FC.

Son Heung-min is set to join LAFC in a £13 million ($17m) move from Tottenham, bringing an emotional end to his 10-year stay in north London. The South Korean star said goodbye to Spurs fans in Seoul on Sunday and is now finalising paperwork with the Black and Gold before officially making the move to the Major League Soccer side.
