The two people killed in a hit-and-run crash Saturday night in West Sacramento were a pair of 17-year-old girls, the Yolo County Sheriff’s Office’s coroner division confirmed Tuesday.

In a criminal complaint, Yolo County prosecutors said David Alison Walker, 71, was intoxicated during the crash and driving a stolen car.

Officials said the crash victims are Layla Chrissa Clemons and Jaea Chatman. The West Sacramento Police Department said the crash happened around 9 p.m. on Jefferson Boulevard and Bevan Road.
