Brad Stevens, the Celtics' president of basketball operations, spoke out recently with an update about both Tatum and Jaylen Brown. Of course, Brown underwent knee surgery after the season ended to repair a partially torn meniscus in his right knee.
"The basketball penalties associated with [staying above the second apron] are real," Stevens said.
The Boston Celtics face major changes after Jayson Tatum suffered an Achilles injury during the Eastern Conference semifinals.
