The Democratic California governor made the stunning remarks in his debut podcast with conservative guest Charlie Kirk.

Each sport must set its own rules on the participation of transgender athletes instead of one global rule and it must be based on scientific data, International Paralympics Committee President Andrew Parsons said on Thursday.

The legislation asserts under Title IX protections for female athletes that gender is “recognized based solely on a person’s reproductive biology and genetics at birth.”
