Doctor Who’s recent season finale ended with a surprising regeneration and a familiar face. After only two short seasons, Ncuti Gatwa’s time as Doctor Who has come to a (rather disappointing) end. Note: this post contains spoilers for this past weekend’s Doctor Who season finale.

Speaking of Ncuti’s departure, Russell T Davies, Showrunner said: "What a Doctor! Thank you, Ncuti!
