FRANKLIN CO. Ky, (WKYT) - The Lexington teen killed in a Franklin County crash has been identified. The Franklin County Coroner’s Office says 16-year-old Joshua Ragland of Lexington was killed in a crash on Sunday. Kentucky State Police say the crash happened around 11 a.m. on I-64 westbound at mile marker 59 before Versailles Road.
