A Lim Kim has shot a 4-under 68 and taken a one-stroke lead after the first round of the HSBC Women’s World Championship in Singapore.

South Korea's A Lim Kim opened the HSBC Women's World Championship with a 4-under-par 68 Thursday to lead England's Charley Hull by one stroke in Singapore.

Charley Hull began her day in Singapore with a "tiny" 5K run and then fired an opening 3-under 69 at the HSBC Women's World Championship to sit one shot behind leader A Lim Kim. On Friday, she'll push it to 12K.

"I don't think I typically play really well on this golf course and I thought this year would be a good year to kind of turn that around," Ko said.

A Lim Kim had five birdies but bogeyed the par-5 16th and finished with a 68 on Thursday to take a one-stroke lead after the first round of the LPGA's HSBC Women's World Championship.
