Ninety-nine people are still unaccounted for as a massive search-and-rescue operation is underway at a Miami-area condo that collapsed early Thursday morning.

At least three people have died and up to 99 are missing after a multi-story building partially collapsed in southern Florida's Miami-Dade County.
