Manufacturer FreshRealm issued a voluntary recall of some ready-to-eat chicken fettuccine Alfredo meals sold nationwide that are linked to a listeria outbreak.

The multistate Listeria outbreak has sickened 17 people, including three deaths and one loss of pregnancy. Check your fridge for these potentially contaminated products.
