The Baltimore Orioles placed catcher Maverick Handley on the seven-day concussion injured list a day after he was knocked over in a collision at the plate.

A day after a wild collision at the plate on Sunday afternoon resulted in an early departure for Maverick Handley at Yankee Stadium, the Orioles catcher was placed on the 7-day concussion list on Monday.
