Member's Mark freeze dried fruit variety packs were distributed and sold in Sam's Club retail stores across the majority of the country.

This recall affects Puerto Rico. It does NOT impact Alaska, Arkansas, Kentucky, Massachusetts, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont or Washington.

The FDA said Doehler Dry Ingredient Solutions, maker of Member’s Mark Freeze Dried Fruit Variety Pack 15 count boxes, discovered the problem during routine internal testing. They were distributed between July 1 and July 25 and sold at Sam’s Club in 43 states. No illnesses have been reported.
