The Open Championship will be kicking off at Royal Portrush in Northern Ireland, and while most eyes are on returning hometown hero Rory McIlroy or the favorites like Scottie Scheffler and Jon Rahm, Jordan Spieth has started trending for a very Spieth-like reason.

Jordan Spieth and his wife, Annie, have welcomed their third child, Sully. The PGA TOUR star posted the news of their arrival on social media Sunday morning. Jordan and Annie already have a son, Sammy, who was born in 2021 and their daughter, Sophie, who is 22 months old.

While Rory McIlroy was battling Clark and Gotterup at the Renaissance Club, Spieth shared a personal milestone that lit up social media. "We added a new member to the foursome – Sully Spieth! Everyone is doing great," he posted on Instagram, announcing the birth of his third child.

The three-time major champ announced on Instagram Sunday that the family welcomed their third child, son Sully. “We added a new member to the foursome – Sully Spieth! Everyone is doing great,💙” he wrote. Jordan and his wife Annie had their first child, son Sammy, in November 2021. Daughter Sophie will turn two this September.
