Update: Containment progress – Bonanza Fire in El Dorado County at 45%
Bonanza Fire initially started 2:31 p.m. June 17 in El Dorado County, California. It has burned 181.2 acres after being active for 40 hours. By Thursday morning, 45% of the fire was brought under containment. The cause of it is still under investigation.
