Tasha Grant pleaded that she could not breathe 23 times before her death after being restrained by officers at MetroHealth Cleveland Medical Center in May.

Police responded to a "person down" at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort & Campground, and he was later pronounced dead at the hospital. This comes after another Disney guest died of an "apparent suicide" last week.
