It's important that whoever the Las Vegas Raiders hire as their head coach or even the coordinator position, has an understanding of what the Raiders are, what they mean to the history of the NFL, and what they mean to the cities of Los Angeles,

However, the Raiders would be wise to bring in at least one quarterback in the 2025 NFL Draft. A big player to watch is Ohio State quarterback Will Howard.
