The Quicktime Pro version of the software (at least the 4.0 version, but I'd assume 5 does the same) allows you to save a .mov as uncompressed .avi. From there, just run it through something like ...
.Mov the quicktime format. You may need to use quicktime pro to convert it, as I don't think plain old quicktime has the same editing capabilities.
