PALM SPRINGS, Florida (WPBF) -- Despite the suspect and attorney arguing it was an accident, officials have charged an Uber driver with a felony, accusing him of driving off with an infant in the car.
A 29-year-old Uber driver was arrested and charged in connection with igniting the Palisades Fire. Officials say Jonathan Rinderknecht sparked a fire on New Year's Eve after dropping off passengers.
