A $3 million scratch-off ticket has been sold in Allegheny County, announced the Pennsylvania Lottery on Monday. The winning $30 ticket was for the $3,000,000 Golden Ticket game. It was sold at the Shop ‘n Save grocery store in Richland Township. The store will receive a $10,000 bonus for selling the ticket.

Two Jersey Cash 5 ticket holders will split Tuesday’s record $3.8 million jackpot.
