According to a BBC report, the latest theft took place at a museum dedicated to enlightenment philosopher Denis Diderot in Langres, northeastern France, on Sunday night.

Nearly a week after they stole perhaps $100 million of royal jewelry from Paris’s Louvre museum, the thieves are still at large.

But it wasn’t the officers who caught the internet’s attention — it was the dapper gentleman in a fedora and tailored suit, standing just off to the side.
