However, that isn't going to happen despite the Indiana Fever guard being named a captain for the All-Star Game opposite Minnesota Lynx forward Napheesa Collier.
Caitlin Clark will join several WNBA players as the player's union meets with league officials in Indianapolis on Thursday, July 17. The conversation between both parties is likely to be tense, as the WNBA faces the expiration of its current Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) at the end of October.
Caitlin Clark missed Wednesday's game against the New York Liberty due to the right groin injury she suffered during Tuesday's outing. With her sidelined, the Indiana Fever got blown out by the reigning WNBA champions.
