A waiter accused of selling One Direction ’s Liam Payne cocaine before he plunged to his death at a Buenos Aires hotel has been arrested. A judge had ordered 24-year-old Braian Nahuel Paiz’s remand in prison after charging him with supplying the musician. The singer aged 31 fell from the third-floor balcony of the Casa Sur Hotel in October.

Braian Paiz says he gave Liam Payne cocaine to spend time together rather than for payment, and is one of five people charged in Payne's death.
