Russia attacked cities across Ukraine overnight with hundreds of drones and a missile strike, hitting energy infrastructure and wounding at least 15 people.

Russian drones and missiles attacked widely separated areas of Ukraine, officials said early on Wednesday, with at least two people reported killed.

Rutte said Germany, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, the Netherlands and Canada all hoped to be part of the weapons deal.
